Consistent with the firm's complex litigation and investigations services, we also prosecute select class actions and other mass cases against companies who perpetrate fraud in violation of federal or state laws. Unlike most plaintiff's firms, we generally handle these cases alone so we can control all aspects of litigation and push our matters forward and not waste our efforts fighting with other plaintiff's attorneys. We generally develop our own cases and do not simply follow on after a news article or government investigation.

We develop and prosecute cases in the areas of consumer fraud, antitrust, whistleblower actions, false claims, discrimination, and civil rights. Our experience is in cases involving fraud or misconduct perpetrated on a large scale and in actions requiring detailed investigation, complex legal argument, and the willingness to push the case to trial.
