We handle all the intensive legal argument aspects of litigating a case, but, due to our complex litigation and intensive grand jury and trial experience, are also prepared for the crucially important parts of litigation from which most sophisticated firms shy away: taking depositions of witnesses and adversaries, defending individual clients at depositions, and trying cases to a favorable verdict. Our appellate experience enables us not only to litigate and try better cases, but to be ready to vigorously defend any verdict on appeal or, if necessary, seek a reversal of an earlier judicial decision.
