Balestriere Lanza PLLC Continues To Grow, Adding More Staff

NEW YORK, February 19, 2007

Balestriere Lanza PLLC (www.balestriere.net) announces the addition of more staff as the firm continues to grow and service individual, institutional, and company clients with trials, litigation, compliance, and investigations needs.

Joining as a senior trial counsel is Craig Stuart Lanza, an aggressive litigator with experience in complex civil and criminal matters. Craig was formerly an Assistant District Attorney in the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office, where he handled all kinds of matters, from inception through to trial. Previously he worked at Seward and Kissel, LLP where he worked on a variety of securities and compliance matters, representing hedge funds and others. He graduated from Duke Law School, studied law at the University of Hong Kong and philosophy at graduate level at New York University, and graduated from New York University's College of Arts and Sciences.

Senior trial counsel John Balestriere said, "Craig is an energetic, intelligent, experienced lawyer. We are simply a much stronger shop with Craig on board, and are glad he's on our side."

Joining as associate is Junho Bae, a recent graduate of Fordham Law School who previously worked as a summer associate and law clerk at Balestriere Lanza PLLC. While at Balestriere Lanza PLLC, Junho worked on a variety of criminal defense, complex civil, and investigation matters. In law school, Junho clerked on the New York County Supreme Court, interned in the Brooklyn District Attorneys Office, and represented individuals before arbitration panels of the NYSE and the NASD. Fluent in English and Korean, he received his B.A. from Tufts University.

Miriam Zelinsky joins the firm as analyst. Miriam recently received her B.A. from Dickinson college and will provide other professional at the firm crucial analytical support in trial, litigation, and investigations matters.
