JOHN BALESTRIERE TO LECTURE AT NYS BAR ASSOCIATION PROGRAM

New York, NY - July 15th, 2011

Balestriere Fariello Attorney John Balestriere will be the closing speaker for Day 1 of the New York State Bar Association’s “Bridging the Gap” continuing legal education program on July 19th, presenting a lecture entitled “Business Entities and Representing the Small Business.”

Balestriere was chosen on the basis of his extensive experience in business litigation and representation of entrepreneurs.  The New York State Bar Association (“NYSBA”) chose the program faculty on the basis of their noted skill and practical experience.

Bridging the Gap will run for two full days – July 19th and 20th – at  the New York Hotel Pennsylvania.  While the program is sold out, those interested in viewing may still do so via interactive videoconference in an adjoining room at the New York City location, or in a location in Albany.

Balestriere says that he is looking forward to interacting with conference attendees; in particular, he expects to provide a different perspective on how lawyers bill clients – advocating for a risk sharing model whenever appropriate – and on how lawyers may understand and serve their clients better by acting entrepreneurially.

Balestriere Fariello is a trials and investigations law firm in New York. The Firm focuses on business litigation, civil fraud prosecution, class actions, complex litigation, arbitration, and investigations.  Read more about us here.
