Balestriere Lanza PLLC Welcomes Denise Trump to the Firm

NEW YORK, December 26, 2005.

This week Denise Trump joins Balestriere Lanza PLLC (www.balestriere.net) as Of Counsel. Ms. Trump respresents clients involved in financial investigations including and regulatory matters.

As Principal of Balestriere Lanza PLLC, John Balestriere is enthusiastic about the depth of experience that Ms. Trump will bring to the firm. Ms. Trump has significant experience working in the financial services industry as well as a background in compliance. Her work handling a variety of regulatory and anti-money laundering matters will add depth to the services we can offer as a firm.

Before joining Balestriere Lanza PLLC, Ms. Trump worked in the United States Trust Company of New York and JP Morgan Chase & Co., where she focused on a wide range of financial investigation issues such as credit analysis, regulatory reporting and examinations, and fraud detection. She was also responsible for building the investigations unit within the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Division of the US Trust Company of New York. Her account investigations led to the filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) and the preclusion of the opening of client accounts that posed both reputation and regulatory risks to the financial institution. Ms. Trump recently focused on Risk and Compliance Consulting Services with an eye to protection from regulatory scrutiny.

Ms. Trump received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College in 2000 and her law degree from New York Law School. Ms. Trump is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York. She is certified with the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and The Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
