Balestriere Lanza PLLC Establishes Its Offices in Lower Manhattan

Balestriere Lanza PLLC opened its new offices in Lower Manhattan this month. The law firm, specializing in criminal and regulatory defense and complex litigation, is located in the historic Transportation Building near City Hall Park.

John Balestriere, the Principal of Balestriere Lanza PLLC, was excited to establish his firm's offices in Lower Manhattan. At this location, the firm will not only be able to take advantage of its proximity to the courts, the Financial District, and virtually all major subway lines and ferries, but will also be a part of the rebirth of Lower Manhattan. "A lot of us were here before September 11th, and are glad to be here now," Mr. Balestriere said. "We're looking forward to being a part of the redevelopment of the City's oldest neighborhood.
