Roger O'Sullivan Joins Balestriere Lanza PLLC as Of Counsel

NEW YORK, May 2, 2005

Roger O'Sullivan, a native New Yorker raised in Sydney, Australia, joined Balestriere Lanza PLLC as Of Counsel. Mr. O'Sullivan will work on complex litigation cases for individual and corporate clients, particularly biotechnology companies.

Mr. O'Sullivan is actively involved in the biotechnology industry, both in New York and Australia. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Biotechnology and the Law and the American Bar Association's Committee on Biotechnology. He is also affiliated with a number of industry-specific organizations including the New York Biotechnology Association, Australia's Biotechnology Organization, BioMelbourne Network, and Lab to Wall Street. Mr. O'Sullivan has a particular interest in the bioethical and regulatory issues raised by new technologies. He is a member of the American Society for Bioethics and Humanities and the International Association of Bioethics.
