Associate Junho Bae was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea and represents clients in criminal, regulatory, and complex commercial litigation matters, as well as with compliance and general corporate counseling needs.
During law school, Mr. Bae worked as a legal assistant at the Manhattan Family Court to ensure court compliance with federal law. He also clerked for New York Supreme Court Justice Sherry Heitler, working on a variety of civil matters. During law school he also worked in the Major Narcotics Bureau of the Brooklyn District Attorneys Office assisting in long term investigations into organized crime. Mr. Bae also represented individuals before arbitration panels of the NYSE and the NASD through Fordham Law Schools Securities Arbitration Clinic.
Mr. Bae received his B.A. from Tufts University and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He is fluent in English and Korean, and is proficient in Japanese.
