Kurt Krautheim was born and raised in the Philadelphia area.  He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in music, focusing on jazz and classical piano.  Mr. Krautheim assists counsel in litigating class actions and complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, California, and Florida.  His work places particular emphasis on investigating potential actions for consumers injured by corporate fraud.  Before joining Balestriere Fariello as a legal apprentice, Mr. Krautheim worked as Adjunct Professor of Piano for a Florida college.

Mr. Krautheim currently studies law at Seton Hall University, with an expected graduation date of May 2010.
