Ms. Levan is an experienced civil litigator who represents individual and company clients in all types of complex litigation in New York and New Jersey federal and state courts.
Ms. Levan is the principal of her own law practice, which focuses on commercial, contract, real estate, and intellectual property litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts. She represents individual and company clients in all stages of complex litigation, handling cases from inception through trial.
Ms. Levan is also the founder of Levan Associates (www.levanassoc.com), a national legal research company comprised of an experienced staff of attorneys whose respective expertise covers all legal topics across numerous states. These attorneys perform in-depth research for major companies, financial institutions, and law firms of all sizes. As head of the legal department, Ms. Levan supervises the research and drafting of opinion letters, and helps to resolve complex issues arising in numerous practice areas.

Ms. Levan was trained in the New York law firm of Luboja & Thau, LLP, where she devoted her time to representing commercial clients in litigation and companies in securities arbitrations. The securities related claims involved work for securities broker/dealers arising from securities fraud claims, employment disputes, and "raiding" claims. Ms. Levan also represented a multinational company in a variety of contractual disputes in the state and federal courts.
Ms. Levan received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, and is a graduate of the American University, Washington College of Law. Ms. Levan was an officer, and was published by, the Journal of International Law and Policy. After graduation, Ms. Levan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Salvatore Bovino of the New Jersey Superior Court. Ms. Levan is admitted to practice law in New York State and in New Jersey, as well as to the bars of the United States District Court of New Jersey, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
