Analyst Thomas Martecchini, a Connecticut native, graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in English with a concentration on 20th Century American Literature. At Dartmouth, he led a mentoring program for college and high school students with chronic illnesses and served as a Student Director for several national and international service programs at the William Jewett Tucker Foundation. Mr. Martecchini has recently worked on false claims matters as well as a case involving a fraudulent retirement scheme.
