Jillian McNeil was born and raised in Mountain View, California. After graduating from college with a degree in Classical Civilizations and a concentration in Ancient Art, Ms. McNeil worked as the marketing coordinator for a New York City architecture firm for two years, then attended law school, graduating with a concentration in Real Estate Law. While at Cardozo, she participated in the school's Advanced Housing Rights Litigation Clinic, representing and advocating for New York City tenants in housing court. Ms. McNeil also apprenticed at Balestriere Fariello while in law school. Jillian's recent experience includes litigation and appeals involving false claims, consumer fraud class actions, and commercial matters.
