William Holleman represents clients in wide variety of regulatory,
investigations, and complex litigation matters, including antitrust,
contract and partnership disputes, securities, broker-dealer regulation,
and commercial litigation.
During law school, Mr. Holleman interned at NASD (now FINRA) and
the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, investigating securities
laws violations and assisting in enforcement actions against broker-dealers
and other members of the securities industry. He gained additional
securities litigation experience working in the St. John’s
University Securities Arbitration Clinic, where he represented elderly
and low-income securities laws victims. During law school, Mr. Holleman
also researched extensively in the areas of antitrust and public
securities offerings.
Mr. Holleman was born in Mississippi and grew up in North Carolina.
He attended the University of North Carolina, earning his B.A. in
Political Science. He attended law school at St. John’s University
School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief for the New York
Litigator, the Journal of the Commercial and Federal Litigation
Section of the New York State Bar Association.
